Dan Tehan is an Australian politician and a member of the Liberal Party, representing the Victorian Division of Wannon since 2010.
Mr Tehan was the deputy Victorian state director of the Liberal Party from 2008 to 2009, and the Minister for Social Services from December 2017 to August 2018 under the Turnbull government. He became Minister for Education as part of a cabinet reshuffle under the Morrison Government from August 2018 until he was appointed Minister for Trade, Tourism and Investment in December 2020. Following the Liberal Party's defeat at the federal election in May 2022, Mr Tehan became the Shadow Minister for Immigration & Citizenship in the Dutton shadow ministry.
