Dan Robinson has over 20 years of experience in a broad range of corporate roles across stockbroking, corporate advisory, investor relations and governance in Australia and the UK. He is also an experienced company secretary and director of private and listed companies.
Mr Robinson has been the corporate advisor of SmallCap Corporate since October 2021. He had worked within the stockbroking arm of Australian investment bank Macquarie Group, advising private clients on Australian equities and spent several years advising institutions while working in the London office of JP Morgan Chase. He was also an associate director of Pursuit Capital for 4 years, worked at a senior level for Mirvac Group, and a company secretary for listed and unlisted companies in the resources sector.
Mr Robinson holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
