Damien Nicks has over 22 years of senior executive finance experience in local and international roles across a broad range of industries and companies including energy and utilities (AGL), logistics and transport (Linfox), manufacturing and steel (Smorgon Steel), and banking (Cantor Fitzgerald) in Australia, US and UK.

Mr Nicks started his career with Deloitte where he was trained as a Chartered accountant. He held a number of roles within each of the companies leading large teams with specialisation in financial management, business partnering, performance improvement, business systems, mergers and acquisitions, and project management.
