Damian Arena has over 20 years of experience as an investor and executive in growth companies, and was involved in direct sales, franchising and channel partnering via a network in Australia and overseas. He specialises in credit management, business strategy and management, risk management and direct sales.
Mr Arena is the co-founder of IODM and an accountant with broad commercial experience including the management of debt collection businesses. Prior to establishing IODM, Mr Arena was the chief executive of LP Gas, the largest LP Gas installer in the Southern Hemisphere, where he negotiated the transaction to be sold to a public-listed ASX company. He also worked as an executive across industries spanning finance, consumer goods, oil and gas.
