Craig Yaxley, a WA lead tax partner with KPMG, has over 30 years of corporate tax experience primarily in the mining and resources sector. Mr Yaxley is a Chartered Tax Advisor, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and director of the Board of Taxation. Mr Yaxley was executive councillor, treasurer and chair of Tax Committee of the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies Inc, and treasurer of the Friends of the Ballet (WA).
