Craig Ridley is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience in the accounting and business advisory profession. He is also an experienced advisory board member, director, chief financial officer, and investor.
Mr Ridley has been providing strategic business planning, succession planning, wealth creation and taxation advice to the SME and small corporate sectors.
He became the director, company secretary and chief financial officer of biotech startup Lixa since June 2022. Mr Ridley had previously spent 22 years as a partner and director of RSM Australia's Perth office. He joined RSM in 1990, initially at its Bunbury office before being appointed regional manager at its Merredin office in 1995. He became a partner of RSM in 1998, before relocating to the Perth office in 2006 to develop an SME consulting practice.
