Courtney Burrows has experience working in law firms within Perth the UK. In the UK, she was involved in the defence of large industrial class actions brought against the National Health Service. She worked closely with clients and barristers, advising on liability and quantum, preparing for litigation, negotiating settlements and undertaking advocacy. In Australia since 2013, Ms Burrows was a paralegal within insurance, commercial adjudication, dust diseases and workplace relations. Since joining HBA Legal in early 2015, she has supported solicitors in state workers’ compensation, federal workers’ compensation, public and product liability, and motor vehicle matters. Ms Burrows graduated from Murdoch University in December 2017, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of WA in June 2018.
