Deloitte buys Perth-based consulting firm
Deloitte is expanding its Perth change management services, acquiring two new partners and 22 staff from The Terrace Initiative.
Corrie Scheepers is a founding partner and chief executive of The Terrace Initiative. He is a senior transformation leader and experienced change management practitioner, and has been involved with all cycles of business transformation including organisational change management strategy and implementation, target operating model delivery, process visioning, performance management, and economic business case development. In April 2019, The Terrace Initiative was acquired by Deloitte and Mr Scheepers was appointed partner of its human capital consulting practice and head of a new Leader-led Change team (part of Deloitte Consulting’s Organisation Transformation practice).
