Apartment living on trend, panel says
Developer Tim Willing has called out Perth property buyers as being stuck in the past, but forecasts a shift away from expectations of larger blocks and big homes.

Corey Scidone has been with Hesperia since April 2021, and is the senior development manager responsible for the management and delivery of Hesperia’s heritage, residential and mixed-use built form projects.
Prior to joining Hesperia, Mr Scidone spent over 6 years with Mirvac Group, where he was responsible for the delivery of key residential built form projects Claremont on the Park and The Peninsula Burswood.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property & Marketing (with Distinction) from Curtin University.
