Colby Treasure

Colby Treasure has practiced in insurance law since his admission in 2008.

With an extensive knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981, Mr Treasure represents and advises insurers, self-insurers and corporates in relation to all aspects of workers’ compensation and liability claims. He also provides advice to employers following serious workplace incidents, defends corporations in workplace health and safety prosecutions, and advises clients on the appropriate management of sensitive claims involving abuse and severe psychiatric injuries.
