Cliff Winfield is the East Ward Councillor and deputy president at the Shire of Manjimup.
He is also a WALGA representative on the State Biosecurity Council, board member of South West Catchment Council (NRM), and a ministerial appointment to Department of Water, Warren-Donnelly Water Advisory Committee, and Geonames Committee.
Cr Winfield is establishing commercial tree crops on his property at Smith Brook. He has established a trial orchard of Chinese Dates (Zyziphus jujuba) and is in the process of establishing a commercial lemon and Australian finger lime orchard.
Off the farm, Cr Winfield does some part-time work in projects, particularly in aerial and landscape photography, environmental and heritage interpretation, planning, writing and photography, and project management of related works which include interpretation on walk trails around Geraldton, City of Vincent, Cape Keraudren Recreation Reserve Management Plan, aerial photography of wheatbelt farm forestry.
