Clayton Dodd has over 30 years of experience in finance and resources in Australia, South Africa and South America. He held directorships in public companies listed on AIM, the ASX, the TSX and the JSE.
In 1982, Mr Dodd joined ASX-listed Magnet Group which included ASX-listed Stirling Petroleum, Lennard Oil, Gem Exploration, Minerals Limited, and Monarch Petroleum. In 1991, he and others acquired a controlling interest in ASX-listed Gem Exploration and Minerals Limited which changed its name to Striker Resources. He undertook capital raisings and promotion of Striker's activities to the markets in Australia, UK and North America.
Mr Dodd has also held directorships and/or been involved in the creation or as a founding shareholder of companies which include Atomaer Holdings, Sage Resources (a TSX-listed company), Brinkley Mining (an AIM-listed uranium company as an executive director and representative of the shareholder), Atomaer and Braemore Resources (listed on AIM and the JSE, initially as CEO and executive director and representative of the shareholder), and Atomaer Holdings.
