Mr Barlow is a founder and director of AMG Acquisition Corp, a public-listed company on the Toronto Venture Exchange.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, has Level 2 ASX derivatives accreditation, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
