Clare Ward-Noonan has experience in a range of dispute resolution and commercial matters including defamation, intellectual property, insolvency, contractual disputes and medical negligence claims. She was admitted to practice in May 2016.
Ms Ward-Noonan joined Tottle Partners in February 2016 as a law graduate before becoming a senior associate in September 2021. Prior to that, she was a research associate to the Hon Justice McLure, then president of the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court of Western Australia.
Ms Ward Noonan also acts for the Veterinary Surgeons’ Board of Western Australia.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) from the University of Western Australia. She has a particular interest in water law and is pursuing a Master of Philosophy, with her research focusing on water law reform.
