Christine Manuel is a Chartered Secretary with experience as a company secretary and corporate governance professional. She has held company secretary & executive roles in a range of listed and unlisted entities for over 20 years.
Ms Manuel was company secretary of Santos Group and People’s Choice Credit Union, and is company secretary of ASX-listed Angel Seafood Holdings and Centrex Metals. She is vice president of the board and past SA/NT state council chair of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Ms Manuel holds postgraduate qualifications in Applied Corporate Governance and regularly facilitates Governance Institute training courses.
