Chris Stavrianou is the managing partner of independent corporate advisor Poynton Stavrianou.
Mr Stavrianou was the state director of WA for the Australian Treasury, where he established and led the Australian Government’s Treasury team in WA. He moved to Perth in 2017, shortly after joining the Australian Treasury in Sydney. He previously worked in mergers and acquisitions for global investment banks UBS and Macquarie Capital in Sydney and London.
Mr Stavrianou is an Adjunct Professor at the UWA Business School and a member of the Christ Church Grammar School Foundation.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia, a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from INSEAD, and a Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School where he was a Fellow at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government.
