Bentleys audit partners jump ship
After a combined 24 years with the company, Bentleys Perth audit partners are moving to business advisory firm Hall Chadwick.

Chris Nicoloff has over two decades of experience in audit and corporate services, working for a Big 4 and mid-tier accounting practices in Perth. He has been responsible for the audit, advisory and financial reporting services for a range of listed and private companies as well as not-for-profit entities.
Mr Nicoloff specialises in the aged care and not-for-profit sector. He also sits on a large board and chairs the audit committee, as well as significant experience with leading the China services desk including assisting with inbound transactions from China.
Mr Nicoloff has experience in auditing companies listed on other exchanges including the TSX and AIM, and is a TSX registered auditor. He has a wealth of experience in the mining and exploration sector, leading the audits of mining companies including those transitioning from development to production.
