Chris Morris

Chris Morris is a partner of PwC Australia and leads the deals (mergers & acquisitions) tax group. He also leads the Financial Assurance USA inbound practice. Mr Morris became a partner in 2006 and soon after was seconded to PwC USA for two years to establish the Australian tax desk to advise US-based clients on their Australian tax requirements. On returning from the US, Mr Morris focused on USA inbound investment into Australia and has advised on a number of listed company takeovers both by USA corporations and USA based Private Equity Funds.
