Chris Booth has considerable experience in commercial and corporate law, having practised law in multiple jurisdictions including overseas. He has particular experience in commercial property having acted for, and against, major property developers in Australia and UK. He is also experienced in insolvency, restructuring, commercial and corporate law having practiced these areas in Australia and London. Mr Booth is entitled to practise law in Australia, England and Wales which enables him to act for international clients and conduct cross-border transactions. He is a committee member of the Australian Energy and Resources Law Association's WA Branch (AMPLA), the Law Society WA Property Law Committee, the Law Society WA General Conditions Committee, and was a councillor of the Northern Territory Law Society. Mr Booth served as a principal at Bennett + Co from 2013 to 2018. He founded the firm Mint Legal in November 2018.
