Ching Chiat Kwong co-founded Singaporean property developer Oxley Holdings in 2010, along with Eric Low See Ching and Tee Wee Sien.
As executive chair and chief executive of Oxley Holdings, Mr Ching is responsible for the overall performance, formulation of corporate strategies. In 2016 Oxley acquired 40% of Western Australian construction business Pindan Group, and moved to 100% ownership in late 2019.
