Tsang new Lavan partner
Charmaine Tsang has been appointed as a partner at Perth law firm Lavan Legal.
Charmaine Tsang has more than 17 years of experience advising on employment, industrial relations, work health and safety matters, enterprise agreements, drafting policies and developing industrial relations strategies.
She represents clients in the resources, construction and engineering sectors, as well as in commercial and professional services. She also provides court and tribunal representation.
Ms Tsang has been a Commissioner at the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission since mid-July 2022. Prior to that, she was a partner of Perth employment & safety team at global law firm HFW, and had worked in-house at UGL where she was responsible for providing legal advice and representation on employee relations and human resources activities across all UGL business units.
