Charles Goode AC is the chair of Diversified United Investment, the Ian Potter Foundation (governor since 1987, chair since 1994), and chair emeritus of Flagstaff Partners.
Mr Goode was formerly a director of ANZ Banking Group and Woodside Petroleum.
In 2001, Mr Goode was awarded a Companion of the Order of Australia for services to business, particularly through major achievements in the area of finance, for guidance in his position on the Boards of charitable and health-related organisations, and for outstanding direction of philanthropic policy in the community.
