Cathy Hales

Cathy Hales has over 25 years of experience in leading and developing investment management businesses in Sydney, London, New York and Tokyo. She also has experience in building business partnerships as an executive leader and non-executive director; in a range of investment management across listed and private asset classes; and an understanding of mergers and acquisitions in the investment management space.

Ms Hales was the global head of Fidante Partners (the multi-boutique asset management arm of the Challenger Group), following senior roles with Deutsche Asset Management, Colonial First State and BT Funds Management. She led Fidante Partners to become Australia's multi-boutique asset management business. Whilst at Deutsche Asset Management, she led global product development and marketing for RREEF, a global real estate, private equity and infrastructure asset management business.
