Catherine Pedler

Catherine Pedler practices primarily in the areas of commercial dispute resolution and restructuring and insolvency. In the dispute resolution area, Ms Pedler has been involved in a wide range of complex contractual disputes, negligence claims, professional indemnity claims, debt recovery and securities enforcement actions. In the restructuring and insolvency area, she has advised insolvency practitioners and creditors on all aspects of insolvency administration in the UK and Australia. She has also been involved in advising directors of public companies of their duties and obligations under the law.
