Catherine Lezer has experience in managing strata properties as the owner and manager of a block of six units, and has undertaken significant projects including lift replacements, solar installations and defects remediation.
She also has formal experience in the strata having held positions on the boards of Strata Community Association in WA and NSW, and undertaking strata manager training in NSW and strata reform training in WA. In October 2020, Ms Lezer was appointed president of SCA WA.
Ms Lezer holds a Bachelor of Business, Master of Business Administration, and qualifications with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Before moving to Western Australia, she ran for mayor Clover Moore’s political party at the City of Sydney election in 2016. She was also a director of Strata Community Australia NSW, the peak body for strata managers in that state.
