Catherine Clay

Catherine Clay has more than 15 years of senior management experience across different industries, from not-for-profit to multinationals. She has been involved in company restructuring; creating financial models to assess feasibility in business expansion, outsourcing or restructuring; providing accounting, company secretarial and consulting services to clients, sit-in on board and finance committee meeting; setting up accounting/finance department; and is skilled in budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting, strategic planning and internal audit. Ms Clay has also been involved in startup project and funding acquittal from Government and not-for-profit companies.
