Cassandra Bailey practices in general commercial law and advises clients across a range of commercial matters including commercial contracts, business sales and acquisitions, wills and estates, trusts, commercial & residential property disposals and acquisitions.
Ms Bailey has a particular interest in the resources sector and has been involved in reviewing and drafting mining property sale and purchase agreements, access and compensation agreements, royalty agreements and completing due diligence reports.
Ms Bailey is a member of the Meritas Young Lawyers Program and of the Law Society of Western Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce (major in marketing) double degree, and graduated with distinction in Commerce studies.
