Cass O'Connor has over 30 years of experience as a director of ASX-listed companies, Federal and State governments, and unlisted entities across the investment banking, private equity, media, technology, real estate and arts sectors.
She has been managing her own corporate advisory company since January 2000.
Ms O'Connor has been chair of Carriageworks, the largest multi-arts precinct in Australia; TRIBE which is a global generator of instant branded content; Karista which is a curated platform matching NDIS clients and seniors requiring aged care with appropriate and available service providers within their geographical areas; and Prime Media Group through its successful sale to Seven West Media. She had also worked with Bain & Co, Deutsche Bank, Turnbull & Partners, Goldman Sachs (Australia), as well as Carnegie, Wylie & Company.
