Carolyn Reynolds has more than 20 years of experience as a commercial litigation and corporate lawyer.
Ms Reynolds joined Vicinity Centres in May 2014 as general counsel where she had oversight of the safety, risk, compliance, company secretarial, lease administration and legal functions and was a director of the company's subsidiary boards. She then became the chief legal & risk officer in May 2022; and chief legal, risk & ESG officer in April 2023.
Prior to Vicinity Centres, Ms Reynolds was a partner at MinterEllison. She gained extensive experience over this time which featured work on Las Vegas Sands Corp’s bid for the rights to develop and operate the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort in Singapore. Ms Reynolds has also gained diverse experience relating to boards from her legal work and involvement with not-for-profit organisations such as Ovarian Cancer Australia, Glenorchy Art and Sculpture Park, and the Moreland Community Legal Centre.
She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and ACC Australia.
