Brand clarity crucial for connections
SPECIAL REPORT: Uncertain economic conditions mean ensuring a brand meets its market targets is increasingly important.
Carolyn Hall focuses on working with clients to grow their company’s market share, launch new products, position and differentiate company offerings, attract and retain staff, and engineer company culture to meet the constantly changing business landscape. Moving back to Perth in 2006 after living abroad for nearly two decades, Ms Hall took up the position of brand and communications director of the Royal Automobile Club of Western Australia. In 2008, she was nominated as Ad Person of the Year by Campaign Brief, the only client to ever be nominated for this award. Before RAC, Ms Hall served as senior vice president for the McCann World Group in New York City. Her previous experience also extends to the financial industry, where she held a number of key management positions working on B2B marketing programs for London firms including Citibank, Mellon Bank and Bankers Trust.
