Caroline Spencer is a lawyer who acts mainly on building and construction, oil and gas, mining and resources, and general commercial matters. She regularly represents clients in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts in Western Australia, as well as the Federal Court.

Ms Spencer also has experience in private and court-ordered mediations, and in arbitration matters.
