Carla Vinciullo has advised clients across a range of industries from small businesses to multinationals regarding their employment, human resources, workplace, industrial relations, occupational safety and health needs.
Ms Vinciullo frequently appears as counsel in employment and workplace relations matters including in the Fair Work Commission, Western Australian Industrial relations Commission, the Federal Circuit Court and the Federal Court. She has worked on matters throughout Australia, including international and top-tier law firms in Perth and Sydney.
She co-founded Kennedy Vinciullo in March 2021. Prior to that, she was a partner in employment & workplace relations practice group at Mason Ledger and a partner of employment and workplace relations at Murfett Legal.
Ms Vinciullo is Treasurer of the WA Chapter of ALTO, the Young Australian-Italian Business Network and a member of West Perth Local.
