Carl Renzoni

Carl Renzoni has approximately 50 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and equity capital markets, specialising in the mining industry. He also has nearly 20 years of public board experience, with a focus on governance and audit, having been a member on numerous board committees.

Prior to his retirement, Mr Renzoni was in investment banking as managing director of BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc where he spent 30 years.
