Carl Coward

Prior to joining Delta Capital as associated director, Carl Coward was a marketing manager and corporate finance manager of Perth-based investment bank Capital Investment Partners. During his 4-year tenure with Capital Investment Partners, Mr Coward worked on over 15 corporate transactions in the mining and industrial sector. He has been involved in thermal coal projects in Indonesia, South Africa and North America. Mr Coward spent a considerable amount of time in the Middle East extending a bridge between the Middle Eastern investors and the Australian market. He has also been significantly involved in philanthropy, raising funds for various charitable organisations. Mr Coward has a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University of Technology. As associate director of corporate advisor Delta Capital, he was instrumental in identifying and managing the acquisition of the Kinney Coal project.
