Cameron Hopkins joined Burgess Rawson from Baillieu Knight Frank in 1994 and has 25 years of experience in managing retail and commercial property. He became an equity director of Burgess Rawson in 2002 and heads up its retail property management division. Prior to entering the property field, Mr Hopkins worked in the banking and retail industries. Combined with a stint working for a listed corporate medical group, this background helps him to understand property from a tenant perspective as well as that of the property owner. His wide range of experience covers management of CBD office towers, Perth’s premier CBD retail arcade, City Arcade (now Carillon City), Perth’s biggest Large Format Retail Centre, Joondalup Gate and some of Perth’s key waterside complexes including Sorrento Quay in Hillarys Boat Harbour, Dolphin Quay in the Mandurah Ocean Marina, and property in Fremantle Fishermans Wharf.
