Calvin Warries is an experienced commercial, dispute resolution and litigation lawyer who manages all aspects of the employment relationship, from engagement to termination. He advises clients across all industries, with a particular interest in the mining, resources & education sectors.
Mr Warries has experience with matters before a range of courts and tribunals including the Fair Work Commission, the WA Industrial Relations Commission, the WA Industrial Magistrates Court, the WA District Court, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and the Federal Court.
Prior to becoming an associate at Lavan's employment, safety & education team in April 2023, he had worked at a boutique employment practice and was an associate at the Fair Work Commission.
