Bryn Davis is a mergers and acquisitions specialist with over 17 years of experience across the establishment, regulation, and operation of energy and resources projects; as well as broad experience in both buy-side and sell-side transactions for public and private clients across a range of industries.
He has a particular focus on in-bound investment having advised SOEs, listed entities and private businesses on how to navigate the complexities of Australian corporate law, the foreign investment regime and manage other key regulatory risks relevant to his clients. He also specialises in hard rock mining and also has experience of solar and renewables projects, agribusiness.
Mr Davis advises clients on ongoing operational matters relevant to their business such as commercial contracting, divestments, restructures, capital raising and joint ventures particularly in the energy and resources, agribusiness and technology sectors. His practice covers the full spectrum of corporate governance and management issues including continuous disclosure, directors' duties, reporting compliance and managing interactions with regulators such as FIRB, ASIC and ASX.
