Bruce Whall is an experienced senior finance and business executive with wide-ranging management experience and a career spanning 40 years. He has extensive competency across strategic business planning, mergers and acquisitions, finance, accounting, taxation, working capital management, treasury and operations.
Mr Whall has held senior financial and operational roles in both professional accounting and commerce for private and public large-to-medium commercial businesses, multinationals in the United States of America and Japan, and small-to-medium businesses in Australia.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
