Catalyst offers $66m in Vango takeover
Perth-based Catalyst Metals announced it has agreed on $66 million for its off-market scrip takeover bid of Sydney-headquartered gold explorer Vango Mining.
Bruce McInnes is an experienced executive whose business interests encompass the mining, finance, accounting and agricultural sectors. He has been in the public and commercial accounting sectors for more than 40 years.
Mr McInnes was a founding partner of accounting firm McInnes & Associates. He also owns a large agricultural business in Riverina, New South Wales.
Mr McInness volunteered as the treasurer of Telstra Child Flight, a not-for-profit organisation that provided helicopter for sick and injured children in remote areas of New South Wales.
