Bruce Lane has over 25 years of experience in strategy development, general management, marketing & product management, new product introduction, new business initiatives, funding, board governance and compliance. He also specialises in helping startups, managing growth projects, and financing for early-stage initiatives and companies.
Mr Lane has experience in a range of industries including resources, technology, consumer & industrial products, food, retail, online, venture capital and government.
He has successfully completed the acquisition of companies and assets for several ASX-listed companies and managed numerous private & public capital raisings including Initial Public Offerings, secondary market capital raisings, mergers and reverse takeovers via the ASX.
Mr Lane holds a Masters degree from London Business School, and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute Of Company Directors.
