Bruce Gregory

Bruce Gregory's primary expertise is in open-pit mine planning and management, equipment selection, valuations, project management and cost estimation. He has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry, having working in the fields of iron ore, copper, gold, mineral sands, base and precious metals. His focus in recent years has been on project feasibility study management, open pit cost estimation, contract negotiation, mining business improvement, benchmarking and operational reviews. Mr Gregory has worked on projects in many counties around the world including Australia, Asia, West and South Africa, Europe and Eastern Europe, North and South America. He is the general manager of AMC Consultant’s Perth office which entails management of the Perth business unit. Mr Gregory is also AMC’s global practice leader for business improvement consulting, which includes coordination of AMC’s BI Leadership Group that covers benchmarking, strategy optimisation, cost modelling, mining contracts and mining operational consulting.

Additional roles include undertaking specialist due diligence reviews, study peer review and the preparation of Ore Reserve statements under JORC and NI 43-101 standards.
