Mr Garlick is currently a member of CPA Australia and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries. He has held senior positions in companies in Australia, Southern and Western Africa, Europe and the USA including Normandy Mining (now Newmont Mining), Platinum Australia and MI Energy. Mr Garlick has extensive experience with corporate governance, financial regulations and has secured complex funding deals for large projects.
