Mr Higgins has over 20 years experience as a senior executive or CEO, with companies such as Honeywell, Raytheon and listed technology companies. He is a specialist in rapid growth entrepreneurial companies, financial and software services companies, M&A and corporate governance and has also served on ASX boards as a Non-Executive Director or Chairman for over 13 years. Mr Higgins also currently serves as Chairman and NonExecutive Director of Legend Corporation. Mr Higgins was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in Southern California in 2005 and has a Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering and an MBA in Technology Management.
