Perth businessman Bruce Drummond has lodged an appeal over a Federal Court decision that cleared Euroz Securities from allegations the broker did not advise of risks associated with Opes Prime.
Perth businessman Bruce Drummond has lost his bid to recover nearly $5 million he lost in the collapse of Opes Prime from Perth stockbroking firm Euroz Securities.
Perth-based Euroz Securities Ltd will "vigorously" defend a claim made by Dalkeith businessman Bruce Drummond, who claims the stockbroker provided poor advice in relation to the Opes Prime saga.
