Bronwyn Baker is a qualified non-executive director and has served on a range of boards and committees in listed, private, public, government and not-for-profit organisations. Her board experience has been within a range of industries including superannuation; banking; education; and community service.
Ms Baker's board roles include being trustee director on Rio Tinto Superannuation Fund; governing council member of Challenger Institute of Technology; non-executive director of Gosnells Financial Services; and chair of Community Link and Network WA.
Ms Baker is a commercially focused and energetic senior manager and has had a long and successful international career as a human resources leader primarily within the resources sector. She has specialised in supporting executives to develop strategy, business plans and drive transformation and culture change.
Ms Baker is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course, a Trustee Fellow of Association of Superannuation Funds Australia, and a Fellow of Leadership Western Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Economics, Master of Industrial Relations, and an MBA.
