Brian Pugsley has decades of experience in the construction industry and has worked on high profile and high value construction projects including a portfolio of new build projects valued at over £500 million in the UK, and in a lead SHEQ role within the build-up and overlay works for London’s 2012 Olympic and Paralympics games.
Joining Broad Construction in November 2012 as national SHEQ manager, Mr Pugsley is delivering cultural change initiatives and innovative programs designed to enhance awareness, accountability and compliance across the business.
He is a Chartered Professional Member of the Safety Institute of Australia, a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, and a Fellow Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management.
In October 2014, Mr Pugsley was recognised at the WA WorkSafe 2014 Work Safety Awards for Best Individual Contribution to Workplace Safety and Health.
