Brian Neo was the joint director/principal of LJ Hooker Commercial Perth with an active involvement in growing the Agency Team in commercial, industrial and retail sales and leasing. In July 2023 he established Sterling Property, a specialist property advisory business with a focus on commercial, retail, subdivisions, social infrastructure and industrial real estate.
With over 18 years’ experience in the Perth Metro commercial property market, Mr Neo maintains a strong market presence throughout Perth and Metro suburbs, specialising in the disposal of investment-grade assets, development sites, medical suites, strata offices and retail properties. Mr Neo has experience in selling and leasing industrial property throughout Perth’s northern corridor, and acts on behalf of high net-worth clients/private family offices in commercial office leasing and investment acquisitions.
During his career, Mr Neo has successfully concluded over 800 sales and leasing transactions, and within little more than 2 years of joining the International LJ Hooker Commercial network, he has been ranked in the top 2.5% of the group’s Sales and Leasing Specialists. In the 2019/2020 financial year, Mr Neo was awarded the WA Group’s top Commercial Salesperson.
