Brian Jackson is a human resources and industrial relations law specialist with more than 18 years’ experience advising clients in managing workforce issues, ensuring compliance with workplace laws, and resolving workplace disputes both at the individual and collective level. His practice focus is in the specialist areas of employee restraints, an employee's duty of confidentiality and executive employment issues generally, having successfully acted for high profile employers in the hard rock mining, oil and gas, insurance, financial services and agribusiness sectors throughout Australia.
Mr Jackson also advises on industrial strategy in respect of enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes on major resource, construction and infrastructure projects.
