Mr Hibbeln also has over 20 years of global experience as a senior executive, including as a former assistant deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Special Capabilities in the Office of the Secretary Defense and Air Force Reserve Officer, and director of the US Department of Defence's Remote Sensing Center for almost a decade.
