Brett Mathanda was an associate director of the JLL industrial division in Western Australia. His roles involved providing sales and leasing advice to industrial clients on existing sites by maximising their assets performance and is sought after by clients to provide input and recommendations at the planning process for future developments. Mr Mathanda also provided strategic portfolio advice to clients on industrial investment property transactions. After 8.5 years, he left JLL to become the senior property planning manager at the Department of Finance in March 2022 before re-joining JLL's Perth office in March 2023 as director of logistics & industrial.
Having started out in providing retail leasing solutions for a national specialised investment manager back in 2004, before transitioning to a commercial and industrial role in 2005, Mr Mathanda has since built up a wealth of knowledge in a number or property areas allowing him to provide well-rounded advice in the acquisition and disposal of properties.
